Family Therapy
Building Stronger Family Connections and Resilience
Your child screams, runs up and down the stairs, defying your every request and question. They don’t eat like they used to, they don’t dress like they used to, they don’t rely on you like they used to. Everything you do devolves into an argument with one or both sides throwing up walls between each, further driving the wedge deeper.
You did all you could, you’ve seen other families do it with no problem at all and they seem happy and collected.
Right?

“Families are like branches on a tree, we grow in different directions, yet our roots remain firmly planted.”
Having a large family myself, I speak from personal experience and I can safely say this: each person is an individual and is not born with their own user manual. There will be many times where things don’t go as you expect or even want them to go. The important thing to remember is that you and your family work out issues together.
As with my individual clients, providing a safe space for you and your family allows everyone to be themselves without fear of judgement or ridicule. A place to work out family relationships or behavioral issues.
